St. George Spirits Pear Brandy is St. George’s flagship pear eau-de-vie — distilled from finest organic Bartlett pears, with approximately 30 pounds of fruit going into every 750ml bottle. A stunningly fruit-forward and complex pear spirit and one of the most celebrated American eaux-de-vie ever made.

Founded in 1982, St. George Spirits started as one of the earliest American eau-de-vie distilleries and has since become a leading craft distillery in the United States. The Pear Brandy is the bottle that put the distillery on the map: a meticulous, fruit-intensive distillate that captures perfectly ripe Bartlett pear in concentrated form. A classic serve is to coat the inside of a Champagne flute with the brandy, top with bubbly, and garnish with a thin slice of fresh pear.
